Processing Time

 

All items are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your piece to be created and prepared for shipment. I truly apprecite your patience while I craft something special just for you.

 

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

 

During high demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

If you’re ordering for a special event or need your item by a certain date, please reach out before placing your order to confirm availability. You’re also welcome to leave your needed date in the checkout notes. I will always do my best to accommodate when possible, and this helps me prioritize orders accordingly.

Shipping

 

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

 

Typical shipping transit times:

 

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

 

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

 

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Event Dates

 

If your order is for a specific trip or event, please include your event date at checkout or contact us before ordering.

 

While we always do our best to accommodate event timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless confirmed prior to purchase.

Order Changes

 

Because orders begin processing quickly, we may not be able to accommodate changes once an order has been placed.

Handmade with Care

 

Every Bayou Belle piece is handcrafted, making each one unique. Slight variations may occur, which is part of the charm of handmade items.

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly using your tracking number.
